• ✦All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
• ✦We reserve the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
• ✦Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Slight variations in colour or finish may occur due to photography lighting and screen calibration.
• ✦We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product and to discontinue products at any time.
• ✦In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel such orders and issue a full refund.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us.

• ✦We accept payment via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) — all processed securely through Razorpay.
• ✦For COD orders, payment must be made in exact cash at the time of delivery.
• ✦We reserve the right to refuse COD for certain locations or order values.
• ✦Payment must be completed in full before an order is dispatched (except COD).

You may request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placement, provided it has not already been processed or dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@anaajewels.in.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund Policy for post-delivery options.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of: out-of-stock products, payment failure, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to deliver to the specified location.

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges except in the case of items damaged during transit. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy for detailed terms.

When you create an account on our website, you are responsible for:
