At Anaa Jewels, we ensure that every order is carefully packed and dispatched in a timely manner. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand delivery timelines, charges, and procedures.

On all orders above ₹999

Standard shipping charges of ₹99 apply to orders below ₹999.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST may be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship across India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

We ship to all major cities, towns, and most PIN codes across India. If we are unable to deliver to your specific location, you will be notified at checkout or after order placement.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as logistics delays, weather disruptions, or public holidays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹999 — FREE standard shipping.
  • Orders below ₹999 — flat shipping charge of ₹99.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract an additional COD handling fee of ₹30, displayed at checkout.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on orders up to a certain value, subject to serviceability at your PIN code. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make payment at the time of delivery. COD orders that are refused at delivery may result in your account being flagged for future COD restrictions.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can track your shipment directly on the logistics partner's website or through the My Orders section in your Anaa Jewels account.

7. Packaging

All orders are dispatched in secure, tamper-proof packaging to ensure your jewelry arrives in perfect condition. Anaa Jewels packaging is designed to be minimal yet premium — suitable for gifting directly.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

Our logistics partner will attempt delivery up to 2–3 times. If the delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts (e.g., recipient unavailable, address issue), the package will be returned to us.

  • For prepaid orders — we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
  • For COD orders — the order will be cancelled and no charge will be applied.

9. Lost or Undelivered Shipments

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe and tracking shows no updates for more than 5 business days, please contact us at support@anaajewels.in with your order number.

We will raise a trace request with our logistics partner and provide a resolution within 7 business days.

10. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address, PIN code, and contact number are accurate at the time of placing your order. Anaa Jewels is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If you need to update your address after placing an order, please contact us within 2 hours of order placement. We cannot guarantee address changes after the order has been processed.
