Our Policy

As each piece undergoes careful inspection before dispatch, we maintain a strict no return, no exchange, and no refund policy once an order has been delivered.

Exception — Damaged Items

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged during transit, we will gladly assist with a replacement or refund, subject to the following conditions:

  • A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.
  • The video must clearly capture the package in its sealed condition and the product at the time of opening.
  • The damage must be visible within the video.

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be eligible for review.

How to Initiate a Request

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share the unboxing video along with your order details.

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or process a refund, as applicable.
